Please be aware of a phone scam currently operating in the UK, the caller will identify themselves as an official from Microsoft and tell you that your PC is infected, they will try to have you install Teamviewer on your PC.  Please do not follow there instructions as this will allow them access to your PC and all it's contents.  Hang up the phone.  More can be read here...  http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/2010/jul/18/phone-scam-india-call-centres
